Professional Summary

I have worked in the profession of architecture for 10+ years. As part of a team in Vail Colorado, I gained valuable experience creating custom homes, resort, and non-profit projects locally and across the country. Currently, I'm privileged to work at an Engineering and Architecture firm in downtown Detroit Michigan. I have completed my ARE testing and experience program and am currently in the process of registering to be a licensed architect in Colorado and Michigan. I continue to endeavor to build my base of knowledge and skills so I can better serve my community, clients, and colleagues.

Supported multiple projects at a time, and created drawings through all project
phases & 3D BIM models. Managed several projects. Coordinated continuing education
courses & software training. Assisted with firm standards development. Was the point of contact for firm IT support and managed all software and equipment. Worked with all members of the firm to maintain a positive collaborative team environment.

I've been able to assist in the design and improvement of corporate offices, work on federal and municipal projects, perform accessibility reviews, and refine typical and not-so-typical details. I've worked to broaden my capabilities working on large-scale projects that range from shipping facilities to courthouses. Whether it's helping clients refine building standards for typical installations or inspecting secure government buildings for ADA compliance I feel privileged to be able to do work that impacts the public and improve the built environment for everyone.
